6.2        Milestones.

• 9 Jan 20: Begin planning the field trip in earnest.       (Complete).
• 8 Feb 20: Substantially finish planning the field trip. The plan may adjust after this date; however, most of the planning is done by this date.
• 9 Feb 20 – 17 Apr 20: Find volunteers to host event caches associated with the field trip.
• 9 Feb 20 – 17 Jun 20: Find volunteers to monitor the base camp and the boat landings, shuttle hunters from parking to and from the boat landings.
• 9 Feb 20 – 17 Jun 20: Work the logistics and acquire supplies needed for a successful field trip.
• 17 Apr 20 – 3 Jul 20: Scheduling all event caches associated with the field trip.
• 17 Jul 20: Attend welcome dinner/happy hour/camping event caches.
• 18 Jul 20: Hunt caches on Goat Island. Attend picnic and CITO event caches.
• 19 Jul 20: Attend farewell breakfast event caches.
